• Homegrown Innovation: Expand R&D credits, apprenticeships, and tech training to grow NJ-06 jobs. 

• ​cannabis reform: Hillary supports responsible cannabis reform, including removing federal prohibition and employment penalties for lawful cannabis use. Patients, veterans, and small business owners should not be punished for following state law. Ending outdated federal restrictions will unlock legitimate markets, improve access to alternative treatments, and restore fairness in healthcare and employment. In addition, only removal of federal prohibition can undercut illegal cartel profits of cannabis by shifting from cartel friendly cash only cannabis businesses to providing federally regulated safety measures, and enforcement guidance.
